For nearly a year and a half before the world paused in 2020, I had the absolute pleasure of performing every weekend at one of London’s most iconic venues: The London Cabaret Club. Back then, I performed under the stage name Markhele, bringing mystery, laughter, and astonishment to their glamorous productions.
The venue — known for its dazzling blend of fine dining and immersive entertainment — offered the perfect backdrop for magic that was intimate, stylish, and surprising. From champagne receptions to late-night encores, every night felt like a scene from a movie.
Performing alongside incredibly talented dancers, singers, and fellow performers, I was lucky to be part of shows that celebrated everything from British heritage to James Bond elegance. The creative direction, attention to detail, and overall vibe at The London Cabaret Club is unmatched in London’s entertainment scene.
Since then, I’ve continued performing under my real name, Marco Cardoso, and evolved my act to match new audiences, new formats, and new inspirations — but the spirit of those nights in Bloomsbury has always stayed with me.
There’s even some exciting talk of a return later this year for their upcoming James Bond-themed show — which, if it happens, would feel like a full-circle moment.
If you’ve never been to The London Cabaret Club, I highly recommend you experience it. Whether you're into live entertainment, elegant dining, or just looking for a different kind of night out in London, it’s one of the capital’s true hidden gems.
Don't miss it!
