1. Bookings

A booking is only confirmed once:

  • Written confirmation is provided via email

  • Any agreed deposit has been received

All bookings are subject to availability.

 

2. Services

We provide professional close-up magic and stage performances for events including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and public functions.

 

3. Payment terms

Payment terms will be agreed prior to the event and may include:

  • A non-refundable deposit to secure the date

  • Final balance due before or on the event day

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

 

4. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

  • A safe and suitable performance environment

  • Reasonable access to the venue

  • Appropriate space and conditions for performance

 

5. Cancellations by client

If you cancel your booking:

  • More than 30 days before the event: deposit may be retained

  • Less than 30 days before the event: full fee may be payable unless otherwise agreed

 

6. Cancellations by performer

If Marco Cardoso Magic is unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:

  • A full refund of all payments made will be issued

  • Reasonable efforts will be made to recommend a suitable replacement performer

 

7. Liability

We accept no liability for indirect losses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions or third-party issues.

2. Client cancellations

If you cancel your booking:

  • More than 30 days before the event: deposit may be retained

  • Less than 30 days before the event: full fee may be payable unless otherwise agreed in writing

 

3. Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. We will always try to accommodate date changes subject to availability.

 

4. Performer cancellations

If Marco Cardoso Magic is unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:

  • All payments received will be refunded in full

  • We may assist in finding a suitable replacement performer where possible

 

5. External conditions

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by external factors such as venue restrictions, weather (for outdoor events), or third-party issues.
